Good Morning BK Families!

Firstly, just a friendly reminder that tomorrow, January 16 is a Pro-D day and school is not in session.  I will also send out an email reminder.

This past week, we started our winter activities at school.  Mrs. Marken's and Ms. Radridge's classes went skating and our intermediate classes went on their first ski day on Friday.  I'm thrilled that our school has these opportunities and it sounds like everyone had a great time!  Winter activities continue until the beginning of March.

At the end of this month, you will be receiving  your child's report card on the parent portal through the MyEd system.  Please ensure that you are receiving school emails and if not, please let the office know so that we can change it in our system.  

A big thank you goes out to all the parents who volunteer in our school!  A special thank you to Lana Klein and her group of parent helpers who prepare hot lunch and other food programs within our school.

As we continue in cold/flu season, we ask that you keep your children home if they are sick.  Further, please ensure that you have someone to pick up your child should they become sick during the school day and need to go home.
