Good Morning Brent Kennedy Families!

January has arrived and our students have returned to school.  Happy New Year!  We are so excited to have them back as we’ve missed them over the break.  I hope that your family had an enjoyable and restful holiday and had time to recharge your batteries.

I would like to begin by giving a big thanks, again, to the students and staff for their production of the Littlest Christmas Tree.  A special thank you goes to Michael Penner-Abrosimoff, a former BK student, for his technical support with stage, lights and sound.  It was a memorable event and I’m sure students will look back in the years to come and have fond memories.  Thank you all for attending!  Standing room only for both showings was rather impressive!

As you know, this month our winter activities begin.  Below you will see the schedule of events for each class:

Primary classes:

Intermediate classes (skiing):

If you have not yet returned your child’s permission forms, please ensure you do so as soon as possible so your child is able to attend these events.  We will need parent volunteers to help with skating and ski sizing but that request will be sent out in a separate email to the classes that are affected.  As you know, we aren’t able to do these events without the help of generous volunteers so I thank you in advance if you are able to help.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do hesitate to reach out to the school.

Warm regards,

Mrs. Kooznetsoff
