Brent Kennedy Elementary School
Parent and Family Weekly Update
February 16-20 2026
It was a busy and fun week at school! Celebrations included 100 Day in many of our classrooms, where students dressed up as “100 year olds” and took part in a variety of creative, 100 themed activities. As you can see in this week’s photo, even some “100 year olds” may still enjoy riding a bike!
Valentine’s Day was also celebrated this week with the exchange of cards and classroom treats, spreading lots of kindness and smiles throughout the school.
We wish all of our families a restful and happy Family Day long weekend. Our thoughts are with the families and community affected by the tragedy in Tumbler Ridge this past week. We hold them close in our hearts, especially as we move into this long weekend.
