Parent and Family Weekly Update

October 7 -  October 11 2024

We had a couple exciting classroom activities this past week including the Learn2Ride bike event for our grade 3 /4 and 4/5 classes! The weather was perfect for this, and those students who participated received so much great learning both on and off the bike. Thanks to Nicole at Kootenay Mountain Biking for providing our kids with this bike education!

The multiage class had so much fun making apple juice on Friday! It was a perfect cozy fall day for some fresh apple juice and apple crisp. Shout out to Mrs. K and her crew for making this happen!

Our grade 5/6 leadership team is now up and running with various jobs throughout the school including recycling, snack distribution, office monitors and forest monitors. Thanks to our grade 5/6 leadership students.

Sometimes no news is good news, which is the case for this weeks newsletter! Parents, please take a look at those items that are “Still Out There”, in case there is something that you may have missed.
