Parent and Family Weekly Update

September 22-26 2025

On September 19th, staff engaged in the annual Planning Day, focused on student growth and achievement in the areas of literacy, numeracy and social/emotional learning.  We worked on identifying the vision and values that we most want to see in our students. We also analyzed sources of data to help guide our discussion around what is working for our students as shown in the data, and how we can improve to better support all learners. Planning day allows us to focus on strategies that we as a school team can use to best support students to prosper and achieve success at school.

The Brent Kennedy School Learning Plan is widely accessible on the school and district websites.
